Over the course of 2nd semester you will be responding to conceptual physics discussion questions every weekend. Every Friday I will choose a question that has been submitted by one of your own fellow physics classmates. Your answer should be at least 3 sentences long and should be submitted in the comment section no later than 11:59 pm on Sunday night. I will accept late answers up until Monday at 11:59 pm the following day (however you will have points deducted). There will be 3 different titles to respond to one for each hour (3rd, 5th and 6th) please only respond to the hour that you are in!

My dream job would definitely being a successful, on-broadway actor because I love performing & the stage feels like home.
My dream job is to become a US Marine. I want to pursue a career in the logistics field. Logistics is the science of planning and carrying out the movement and maintenance of forces. It includes the design, development, acquisition, storage, movement, distribution, maintenance, evacuation, and disposition of material. I was in the MCJROTC (Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps) program at River Rouge High School for two years before I came to Allen Park. While in the program i was awarded the Military Order of the Purple Heart National Leadership Exellence medal, Veterans of Foreign Wars medal, Women Marines' Association Military Exellence ribbon, and 17 other minor awards that I earned through out my two year stint in the program. I was also part of the drill team, color guard, and honor guard. Last year the color guard I was in won 1st place in the state of Michigan. I also went to JCLC (JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge) where I was awarded best male first year attendee out of the 120 cadets that were in my company for the week. By being in the prgram for the time that I was greatly influenced me to pursue a career in the logistics field in the Marine Corps.

surgeon because i love cutting things open. i was in bio 2 and got to disect a cat and that was the most memorable thing to me from high shcool so far and when i went hunting with my dad he had me gut the deer he shot and it was a blast. it is also very interesting how the human body works and how such small things can cause such big problems and i think it would be very cool to help "fix" people.

My dream job would be, to be a physical therapist for a professional sports team. I really would love this job because first I love sports so working with a professional team would be amazing. Second, I really want to travel a lot when I am older so if I worked for a team I would get to travel around with them from game to game. However, most of all I would like this job because of the money I would make.

Since I am going to college specifically for music, I would hope my job would be in that field. Ultimately, I would like to be what is called a studio musician. A studio musician is essentially an 'on call' instrumentalist who works for a major record company. So, these musicians are the 'people behind the artist'. For example, every musician you hear on a Miley Cyrus album is a studio musician and each one is handsomely paid. That is my dream job.

My dream job is to either be a federal agent or a missionary.
I want to be a federal agent because ever since I was little I've always been into stuff like that. I loved asking a bunch of questions and going through people's stuff to try and find things out. I was a very nosey kid. I think it would be an awesome career choice though.
Also, I want to be a missionary because I love going on mission trips. I love helping people out and watching how even just one person can make a difference in so many people's lives. If I could help bring more people to Christ that would just be amazing!

My dream job would be traveling with a broadway show as stage manager. This is because I love theatre and working on only one show would allow for the cast and crew to work on perfecting it. Also, by traveling with a show like Wicked, I would be able to see new places without having to pay for travel expenses.
